Using Grid Extender for Multiple Briskets

I want to cook 4 large biskets on my XL BGE this weekend. I plan on using the grid extender putting 2 on top and 2 on bottom and 250 degrees for 10 to 12 hours. Is that a problem have the to briskets dripping on to the lower?

I did 2 briskets, total 20#'s last spring and cut the flats off. placed the heavier pieces on the bottom and the flats on top. no problem with dripping. Just used a drip pan w/water.

The dripping shouldn't be an issue. However, you may need to think about your timing calculation ... the time of your cook will be approximately 90 minutes per pound of your largest brisket at 250 dome. If you're cooking 'large' (12-15 lbs) briskets, 10-12 hours won't be enough time to get them done. Don't forget to leave time for your temp to stabilize before the cook, and for the meat to rest in a cooler after the cook.
Good luck!
