Buckeye Egg

Would like some tips on great places to shop for egg stuff. Or places that have classes for egg cooking. Eager to get cooking, but not sure where to start.

I can't answer you specifically, but the BGE site lists quite a few fireplace shops around the area. I'd recommend you go to 3-4 and talk to the guys there, look at their eggs and go with the place that give you the best "feel". Supply seems limited in some areas, so that might sway your decision. Hopefully someone will chime in with a name.

I'm just west of Cleveland. Gale's Garden Center in Westlake has been very helpful. They had an open house last month that included cooking demonstrations with BGE's. What they don't have in stock they've been willing to order for me.
