I want you guys to know that while I don't always thank every single individual on here for graciously answering my plethora of cooking questions, I immensely appreciate and value the insight and thorougly enjoy the forum, even when disagreements arise, as I feel that all of you on here are very passionate about cooking. I love it the same and look forward to the endless possibilities that ceramic cookers offer and more so to asking you lots more questions into the future. B)

    I echo the thanks. Sometimes I will reply to each poster answering my question but then I feel like I am cluttering the board. Either way I am always appreciative. It just amazes me how helpful and knowledgeable this community is.
