First of all - props to Mr. Toad. I made your pork loin for dinner last night, and it met with raves from all. (I used orange marmalade in lieu of fig preserves.)[p]Yesterday was "Egg Day" here: fired up at 10 a.m. to bake bread, then idled till 4 p.m. when I put the pork loin on, and idled again till 7 when I went near-nuclear for grilled pineapple rings.[p]Ken
