Finally got enough tomatoes peppers and such to whip up a batch of salsa. Everything was from my garden and citrus trees except the garlic and onion. -RP

Must be something in the air - I made salsa too today. I felt like playing around so I strained the seasonings out of Lake Conroe Egger's Bloody Mary mix that I made yesterday. Diced up some tomatoes, Texas 1015 sweet onions and cilantro and mixed in the spices plus a little salt. I was afraid to add jalapenos because the spices were hot already. Have to say, it's really good but I do think I will add some jalapeno. Have a great day!Judy

Thats the way I like to make it as well. More like a Pico than the watery sludge served in restaurants. Looks delicious.

mmmm our garden is full of garlic and onions LOL we need to be closer!

Yeah, I don't grow garlic or onions because I can buy decent ones, that is so not true with chilies and tomatoes. -RP
