BlueSmoke,[p]It just don't take some folk long to go from
Rocky Mountain Oysters to Crab Roe, do it?[p]Pete

BlueSmoke,
i'd cook it into a a crab bisque. . .it will really add flavor. . .now having said that, i've never actually made a bisque, but the ones i;ve had, either crab or lobster, have really been enhanced by the addition of the roe. . .

BlueSmoke, I beleive if you get it mixed up right, you can make em in the egg like Max does the crab cakes. But, yes pan fried is how I have done fish roe for a long time. see Max's recipe
