I got some pork ribs at costco this past monday. Open them this morning and the have a sulfer type smell. Is that normal? safe? Must sell date is 6/28/10. please advise

    Pork tends to give off gasses in a cryovac pack. It's normal. You are ok.

    Make sure your 'fridge temp is good. Both my present and last 'fridge surprised me when I found the lower racks at 50 F.
