Still Amazes Me!!

Ok, Ok, I know that I am still a newbie compared to many of you. I have only had my BGE for almost 2 months now and have only gone through 30lbs. of charcoal. I usually cook 2 to 3 times a week and yesterday I did hamburgers and beer brats. I did them direct at 350. I did make my own elevated grid and that is where the brats were. Just still amazes me how flavorful the burgers turned out and no charcoal burgers thanks to the egg when it is closed and prevents flare ups. Just saying. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
