Hey everyone, just bought an Egg today! YAY! :woohoo: Unfortunately have to wait a week for delivery but thats what its like in Australia. Got it at a good price and I am very excited about getting to use the egg and trying out some of your delicious looking recipes! Thanks for all the great info I've already gotten from the site.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I definitely will post pictures as soon as I can. I cant decide on either chicken or some sort of ribs, but I am leaning towards ribs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also bought a Thermoworks MTC with 2 second probe and ordered some wood chunks from the US trying to get some original flavors, got apple, maple, cherry coming.

Ive got a quick question will it be worth ordering Dizzy Pig products and getting them sent to australia, the shipping on seven is $49, so is this high shipping cost worth it? By the way I was looking at getting * 1 x Dizzy Dust Regular
* 1 x Cow Lick Steak Rub
* 1 x Tsunami Spin Poultry/Fish Rub
* 1 x Raging River Salmon Rub

Welcome. The DP line up is exactly what's in my pantry. I want to try the Pineapple one and the Red Eye one next, but I think that lineup will serve you well to begin. RR on the salmon is out of this world, I suggest you use a cedar plank if you can get 'em down there.
