I do a short hot sear then cut. After towards the end of the veggie cook I add in the meat for a finish cook of the veggies & meat. Dome anywhere from 300° to 400° depending if you are direct or indirect.
If I want a soft tortilla I place the tortilla on the meat & veggie pan. If I want a harder tortilla I just heat it up on the egg. Both ways are great tasting.
This is a great egg meal.
