Jerk Chicken and Greenbeans tonight

Last night, I decided to cook up a chicken breast since the wife and daughter were out. My parents bought me some Caribbean jerk sauce from the island's (mon) last year. I've used it a few times, not sure what's in it (since there isn't a label) but it's pretty good and hot. We had some fresh green beans, so I threw those in a skillet for a few minutes to crisp them up. Finally, made an onion bowl and put it in another skillet with some butter and S&P. I took the heart out of the onion so it would cook a little quicker. Talk about improvising.
Anyway, here's the cook about to be pulled from the egg:

When you run out of that jar, the jerk marinade recipe in Steven Raichlen's How To Grill is pretty darned good. I'm going to have to make up another batch soon. I'm jonesin' for some jerk.
Hope you get the photo working. I'd like to see it.
