A club I am in is renting a cabin at a State Park in November. About 25-30 people. I am doing the food. I want to do a luau theme for dinner. I need two or three pork shoulders worth of pulled pork. No way to bring my egg there. [p]If I make the pork at home a few days before, pull it, put it in foil pans, reheat it in the cabin, will it be really good? Any suggestions?[p]Thanks!![p]Jack

    kayakjack,

I have just recently smoked 10 pork butts. after pulling I vacuum pack and freeze. When you are ready to use let package thaw and put in boiling water. When you cut the bag open you can smell the smoke and the pork is very fresh.
I recently used this method to feed 75 people with great results. We used a turkey deep frier filled with water to heat the bags.[p]
