Anyone have a quick and very easy recipe? Friends will be here in an hour, and I had no clue they were coming! Please help! Thanks.

  • I think the classic:

    * 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
    * 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 Tbsp of grated fresh ginger
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1 green onion (scallion) thinly sliced (a few slices reserved for garnish)
    * 1 teaspoon lime juice

    Is always nice. Just put that on top of the fish and throw it skin on right on the raised grill.

    Throw on raised direct until done at 350 until starting to flake. Always better a little undercooked (you can put it back on - rather than overcooked).

    Hopefully it's not unsustainably fished Chilean sea bass...

    Make sure you post pictures after your cook later. :)
