Cut a slit, scrape out some but not all of the innards. Stuff with sausage and cream cheese. Indirect @350ish until soft. Pull off the stem and wrap in a warm flour tortilla, 2 per.
  • Can't say that I know what a "jalapeno roaster" is but....
Just did a bumch of these last Friday. They were a masjor hit!

    STUFFED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS
    North Portage Smoke-Shack
    From JB

1 lb. Country Style pork sausage
    8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
22 (or there about) Jalapeño peppers

1)) Wash the peppers, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds.

2)) In a skillet over high heat, brown the sausage, scraping and mashing to make for a fine product. Drain any resulting fat.

3)) Over Med. low heat, blend together the browned sausage, cream cheese and grated cheese.

4)) Fill the cavity of each pepper and bake at 350 to 450 F. for about 15 to 20 minutes

In the oven: In a 9 x 13 baking pan.
On the Egg: Direct on a raised grid or on a slatted pan.

    Veggie Stuffed:

Sweet peppers (red and yellow Bells), onion, garlic, blue cheese and Ricotta
