More EGGSPIMENTATION. I decided to do my 2 hens on top of small pinapple juice cans. So my set up is indirect with a plate sitter. My temp is 350. Going to check them in an hour. Before they went on the egg they sat in an olive oil and a store bought general purpose poulty rub for 2 hours.
