Any good recipes for cornish hens?

Anything that works for chicken. Think of them as little chickens.

Do you do the hens direct or indirect? The recipes I looked at are unclear on this point.

slap some mustard on em, rub em with Ragin River and cook them indirect. Did four last night on my large and my company loved em. took a little over an hour

I've done them direct in a spatchcocked fashion and indirect on a small bird-sitter. Can't tell which one I like more.

Here is how I do em. Nothing to it.
About 350 to 400 for about an hour indirect.
When the leg wiggles freely, your done.
