Couldn't make up my mind for for my first cook. Decided on tri tip and ever good hot links. Used susie q seasoning on the tri tip and sweet baby ray's on the links. It was great and the wife loved it. I'm hooked and can't wait to try more things.

Did the burgers just to get a feel of lighting it up and seeing the temps. I'm a big BBQ fan that has a wife who wanted the BGE, and now it's here. Can't wait to try the ribs, butt, and thighs, but it seems a bit more work that my GMG pellet pooper. Wife says she wants it to bake cakes and bread, we'll see.
