The Raws...minus some motz...Chicken wings, Cheddar, bacon, Franks and butter

Wings cuddled together with bacon on top...350 dome

After about 45 min and the bacon done, I cut it up and mixed it with the cheese and put it back on the wings

Getting there

Pulled off the Egg and getting ready for franks and butter

Right before we tore them up...A definite Home Run

Buy the way, My topsy turvy turds are actually doing well

Chicken really looks great and I love the idea od the cheese on top. Got to love the shape the peppers are in as well. Been fighting aphids for the last 2 weeks with enough poision to kill half the Middle East off!!LOL

OK I'm interested. It looks like you used indirect on this cook. How long and what dome temp please. I may need to make this tonight! WOW... :woohoo:DavidBBQ since 2010 - Oh my, what I was missing.

indirect 350 dome for about 45 min to 1 hour then took the bacon off chopped up and mixed it with cheese and covered the chicken with it and cooked till the cheese was getting a little crispy. Wings were cuddled tight together to hold the cheese.

Mike,
Thank you very much. I described what you had done to my wife and she said "You got to make those!" Just added it to my recipe program with the pics.
Again Thanks!
