This steak tonight was just phenomenal, Kim went out so I decided to treat myself. 28 day dry aged ribeye hottubed and cooked at 600 dome for 90 seconds a side. 10 minute rest and it was awesome. My dog sat right at my side the whole time I ate it, he knew there would be leftover fat. -RP

Looks great Randy, I've got one in the spare fridge too. It's been in there since about May 15th. When the wife and daughter get back from Branson, we're gonna have a feast like yours.
