Vegetarian Shish Kabobs...for now

One of the great things about shish kabobs and entertaining is that you can do the veggies in advance, and when the guests arrive, just pop them in the oven to around 200* to keep them warm. I've started with some kabobs on firewire....

Close up action:
Have had chicken and beef marinating separately overnight...chicken in a home made speedy sauce, and sirloin in a soy-sauce base. I coated the veggies with Italian dressing and JH Garlic/Pepper rub....looking forward to a great evening.
