Slow Cook Ideas

My favorite cook so far has been a low and slow Boston Butt. I like cooking slow and I'm looking for other suggestions. Cuts of meat and recipes etc.

    Clay Q's pulled beef is a favorite for our family. It generally takes much longer to get out of the plateau than his recipe describes, so it is definitely slow.

    I recommend doing at least 2 chuck roasts, if not three. It freezes well after pulling. Enjoy.

    Chili is a nice cook...beef stew...Clay Q's pulled beef...beef brisket...all good in my book.
