Just arrived, thanks to Tom and the crew at Ceramic Grill store. Now I await the small cast iron grid. This will allow us to cook closer to the, 1,500 degrees??? lump without taking off arm hair, I hope. :lol::lol:
Next, the wok. I have a nice one, but with a handle. I think I'll try it next. :):):) to all.
