Mr. Toad's Pork Loin

As a new BGE owner (~1 month), I must say that the Mr. Toad Pork Loin is one of the best things I have made on it. My folks and my wife just finished up eating that, and it was amazing! I was worried that it wouldn't taste good, but as we all know, trust in the Big Green Egg.[p]

Doug,[p]I second that sentiment. I used a variation of Mr. Toad's recipe last weekend with great results. Wrapping a pork loin in bacon is a brilliant idea. I elected to use fig preserves, pecans, dried apples, pears & apricots. Hickory chips provided the smoke flavor. Next time, I might try the cashews and some dried cranberries. As Mr. Toad said himself, the possibilities are endless.[p]For anybody who hasn't tried it, Mr. Toad's pork loin is excellent.
