Anyone have any good estimates on how long it will take to cook a Mr. Toad pork loin. The loins that I am looking at are around 4-5 lbs.

Doug,[p]I cooked a 4.5 lb pork loin Mr. Toad's style last weekend for 90 minutes at 300-325 to an internal temp of 140. Then I covered it with foil for about 20 minutes before slicing.[p]The one before that was 3.83 lbs at 325-350 for 90 minutes. The internal temp was 160. It was OK, but a little dry. I have to open the lid to check my thermometer, so that one got away from me a little bit.
