salmon and yucca

<p />OK this was an experiment. The salmon was great, but the yucca being an afterthought, needs to be toasted at least @ 600 rather than baked at 350 with the salmon...we'll try again.

    Next time try boiling the yuca first, till done.
    Remove from the water, dry it bit, coat with bread crums and spray some oil on it, then put in on the cooker to toast the bread crum crust.
    I do it this way, specialy with left over yuca, and it always comes out good.
