Grilled Scallops & Shrimp in Curry Sauce

I saw a show on the food channel the other night that featured a dish with curry sauce. I started looking for a recipe and *poof* Richard Fl posted one. Thanks Richard !!!!!

So, here's my meal. Grilled Scallops wrapped in bacon, jumbo shrimp, curry sauce and basil and cilantro sprinkled on top. Bok Choy on the side.

The raw stuff (Scallops and shrimp brushed with EVOO and Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin lightly applied.

Thanks Gary, I'll have to look into that. I have never made such a sauce and I don't know if I can fine the ingredients here in town. I'll print the ingredients list and see. Tim
