Wife came home with some Haddock for me to grill. Anybody got a recipe? Does this fish stay together when cooked or does it need to be in a perforated type grill pan?

I am usually the last one to recommend fish not cooked directly on the grid, but haddock is SO soft. I would use the perforated pan.
