I have a big bag of frozen chicken wings that I bought from BJ's. They're raw, trimmed and sectioned. When I cook them, I usually thaw them in a simple brine and grill them. [p]I'm wondering how they would turn out if I thawed them by putting them on frozen at a low temp and let them some some, then turn up the heat when they're thawed. Has anyone tried this?[p]I might experiment with this tonight.

BluesnBBQ,
I have done this before. Go at about 250-275 direct on a raised grid and don't add seasoning until thawed. Give 'em 1-1,5 hours or until crispy.
