Sauce for Salmon

Cosco has an excellent sauce for salmon: Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. This is one to try, it has a bit of a kick to it. I'm not sure if they have it everywhere, it's Item #236438.

AbqEgg'r, What is the roasted part? The raspberries??? It sounds like something to try with pork t-loin maybe. Can you get it in less than 5 gallon buckets from Costco?

The roasted part is the Chipotle chile. It's also what gives it that little kick. It comes in a 40 oz bottle and would probably be great on pork loin also.[p]TR

They also have a papaya, lime & serrano sauce thsat I've been using lately when cooking shrimp. It's gotten rave reviews. JCA
