Here are a few sites you can read for some of the information you will need. Cooking on the Eegg is really not that hard. It requires no break in period. Remember, slow and low temp cooking is for large pieces of meat, high temps and quick cooking is for steak.

I emailed you some tips on temperature control. The most important thing you need to learn about, IMHO, is flashback. It's a safety issue!! Go to the Naked Whiz website to learn more.

Yeah, it was a barrel of laughs! LOL! Thankfully, I was 15 feet away. Just remember that a gasket gave its life for that 0.8 seconds of video!
