Beef Ribs - Help

Got a couple racks large beef ribs. Anyone outhere got any suggestions and recommendations. Seasonings, cooking time, temperature?[p]Thanks.

They need low and slow for 5 to six hours. Mine were Plate ribs and had only Salt and Pepper on them and I think they were better than Pork Ribs.
