Turkey Breast

Looking to do a turkey breast for dinner tomorrow, and just can't decide how to do it this time. Anyone have any favorite preparation suggestions? [p]Hooter

    I've done a number of them with just some olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning. I roast it at 325 with a little bit of smoke until it hits about 160 or so. Works great.
