I've been experimenting a little with making pizza on the BGE (always looking to improve). To that end, I recently purchased a kitchen scale and some Caputo Tipo 00 flour from "Fred's Music & BBQ Supply'.

I had a relatively small problem with the order - but Fred took care of it quickly and was a pleasure to correspond with. In fact his response was exceedingly generous.

I have seen Fred on this forum in the past, so once again, Thank you sir.

    I'm lucky as Fred's is 15 minutes down the road from me. There is a real cool vibe about BBQ in that place. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and Eggthusiastic!
