I've never posted anything on here before but I've beeen egging and getting info from the forum for a couple of years so I figured it's about time to contribute.
Here are some pics from the Memorial Day Weekend grill.
Spatchcock chickens and pineapple on Saturday.



And five slabs of babybacks and some corn on Sunday. This was the first time I've used my extender and I was able to get 5 slabs on there.



It was a pretty good weekend. Lots of grilling and got to watch LSU win an SEC championship in baseball!

That's a nice use of the extender. I've always put the ribs on vertically with a rib rack. I've been trying to figure out how to fit the Sam's 3 pack of baby backs in all at once. Looks like this will do it and then some. Thanks for the idea.
