I use an old cheap aluminum fry pan with the handle removed, lined with tin foil for easy clean up.

that's what I do.. dont double it,, just fold up the edges and throw away when done.XL Walled Lake, MI

That's my norm. Sometimes I get the drip pans from SAMs club.

I just keep a deep dish pizza pan on hand. I cover it in foil each time I use it and it works great, no clean up. Got it for $7 at a restaurant supply store.Knoxville, TN

I use aluminum foil all the time.

I sometimes use a terracotta flower pot bottom, wrapped in foil. This has the advantage of providing a little additional thermal mass to help stabilize the Egg (which it really doesn't need, but what the heck).

Jason,
Too late, I know. Just wanted to add that you can also put a few foil balls under your drip pan to keep the heat transfer from the platesetter. Keeps you from burning the juices and stinkin up the joint.
