Homemade Bacon

Got a recipe for homemade bacon off the net and cured a porkbelly for 5 days in the refrigerator. Last night I smoked the porkbelly on the BGE for 4 hours at 250 degrees using hickory wood. Today I slice it and package it. House smelled wonderful even 12 hours later you could still smell the bacon. Can't wait.
