could I have complete recipe please

Is there a complete recipe for the beef jerkey on the site? Would like to read the whole recipe if possible. From what I am reading you just put some lumps in a coffee can. I am guessing it is indirect cooking with a plate setter? Would any roast cut up in strips work?
