Anybody tried Dizzy's Red Eye Express on a pork tenderloin? It is a coffee based seasoning and I see numerous posts of how great a coffee crusted tenderloin tastes. Just a thought.[p]Luder

Luder,[p]I am trying to talk the wife into that one. Having only had the egg a little over a month, she's scared to take chances on new stuff when what we know now is so good. I actually asked her how she wanted to make butts this week, and she said tersely, and I quote "I want them EXACTLY like they were last weekend."[p]Yikes. She'll come around, but she takes her egg food very seriously and she very much loves everything we've made up until now.[p]p.s. Anybody wanna throw me a time and temp for a 13 pound brisket?
