Did some simple pepperoni and sausage,the pepperoni was Boars head and it is a very good sausage!!.


Roasted garlic makes everything taste good.


550 for 8 min and dinner is served.

mmm just the crust, roasted garlic and cheese and a little fresh basil....... couple of glasses of wine.... mmmmmm :unsure:

We did sample an 07 Fratelli Merlot and it was good,needs a little more time.Our Basil is just taking off,that will be the next pie.Or maybe just some tasty Bruschetta!!

Looks good Dale. I finnaly got HOW to cook a pizza down now need to get a good mixer and make my own dough like yours which looks like it rose great.

There is a big difference when you make your own dough,the flavors you can impart into a pizza are tremendous.
