Mojito Marinated ribeye mmmmmmm

I'm usually a salt and pepper kinda guy when it comes to cooking steaks but tonight I wanted something different. Originally I set out to find some flank steak but ended up with a beautiful ribeye instead. Marinated the ribeye in Dinosaur bar-b-que's mojito marinade for a 1/2 hour. Grill to your liking(I like medium rare) Served with a roasted garlic chipotle guacamole.
1 ripe avacado
2 tbls finely chopped vidalia onions
2 or 3 good squirts of French's gourmayo chipotle mayonaise
Roasted garlic to taste (make your own or buy the stuff in the jar like I did)
Salt to taste
A little chopped cilantro would have been nice but it's not nescesary[p]Steve
