I had chinese last night and was wondering if the BGE could be used with a wok? I imagine the egg would get hot enough. I just haven't seen any posts about egg'd chinese cooking.[p]

    Smoked Signals,
I've used a grill wok to do veggies. I'll bet Nature Boy can comment on other wokking....

    Smoked Signals,
I bought this for indoor and outdoor use.
I like to use it outdoors as to keep smoke, oil spatters, odors out of the house.
Get it hot and it stays that way with cast iron.
This site gave me the best deal I could find at the time I bought mine.

Smoked Signals,[p]I use a wok-topper made for grills (Square with slanted sides and small holes in it). Use it for veggies and shrimp dishes. Works good with larger items, but certainly not rice. Can pick it up at Home Depot for $10 or Kitchen Collection for $5.
