Box Size for Large?

It looks like I am going to have to head outside the area as the local dealer does not have a large in stock and i keep getting the our shipment should be in next week (3 times). Does anyone know what the size for the large box? Trying to figure out if it will fit in the car (toyota avalon, so it's a big car).

Looking forward to my first egg cooking/brewing day!

The large egg actually comes in 4 boxes. I think you'll have a hard time getting the largest box in. I would be prepared to take the base and top out of the box and seat-belt the base in the back seat.

Open box, inspect and count All parts. Load seperately, scatter thru auto. EZ to carry to assembly area. to you.

The egg itself is two boxes. The main box (which has another tiny box in it), and the Eggcessory Kit (this contains grill grid, dvd, and some other things and is the size of three large pizzas stacked on each other). Note, the main box weighs 100 lbs +. You will likely have to take things out of main box to fit in your car.

Nest or table are obviously more boxes.

we had a smaller car when we picked up our medium. I brought all the bed pillows and a couple of nice thick comforters for wrapping.

A little late but here are the specs:
The egg box is roughly 24x24x27.5 and the eggcessory box is 22x22x6 all in inches of course. These measurements are for the large BGE.
