Chicken using a Cocorico

We’ve been using the Cocorico to cook chicken on the egg it's great. Season the Chicken with Olive oil salt and pepper and a couple of rosemary sprigs in the cavity. Cut up 2-3 carrots and 6-10 whole garlic cloves and put on the Cocorico put the chicken on top and cook in the egg at 400 off direct heat for about an hr or until the leg is loose in the joint. Use the drippings
