Bottle from Beli. Pretty sure it is a marinade with Achiote...chilis. I can't read the ingredients so I don't know if it is oil or h2o based. I have a whole chick I want to try some of his stuff with. Not enough to soak the whole chick, it's 250ml. So, I was thinking.... I have a box of Achiote paste that I was going to thin out with the bottled stuff and h2O.
