Hot-Tubbed Steak For Lunch
Options
Spring Chicken

I've been wanting to try a 'hot-tubbed' steak for a while and today I got my chance.
I informed Maggie Mini that she would soon be entertaining one of the ribeye boys who just got out of the cooler. He was looking for some Eggcitement and knew he could find it at the Chicken Ranch.
She cleaned up, fired up and fluffed her lump in heated anticipation of his arrival.
Meanwhile, still wearing his cryo-uniform from the cold cell he had been in for 90 days, he announced that he would like to go in the hot tub for a bit before meeting Maggie. Said he wanted it hot enough to soak away the aches and pains of sleeping in the dark on a rock hard slab.
So into the hot tub he went while I made sure Maggie was ready for him as soon as he came out of the hot tub. She was already five 'C-Notes' hot.
Short staffed, I personally cut away his cooler garb, primped him a bit with some Salt Of the Sea and Red-Eye Express, and gave him over to Eggerly awaiting Maggie.
She gave him the 'Three By Three' treatment: Three up, Three down and Three resting.
He was totally limp when I drug him out and gave him over to the 'Day Host' (That would now be me). I took one look at him and decided to let him rest some more.
Then I took a knife to him. Yes, any customer who's been in the chiller doesn't get a second chance here at the Chicken Ranch. And we have very effective methods of disposing of the evidence.
I have to say, he may have been a tough cookie in his previous life but thirty minutes in the hot tub and nine minutes with Maggi Mini, he was as soft as a baby's bottom. Quite tasty too. In fact, he's one that we will long remember around here, at least until the next ex-chiller comes along and meets the same fate.

A nice cabernet will work with that - and some like a cuba libre before their hot tubbing adventures.
