Eggheads,

Everything on schedule with the Demo Cook for Lakeshore Living in Stoney Creek this Sunday, May 23, 2010 (10am - 5pm). I will cooking a low and slow "porchetta" and chicken wings with my new rub that we will be releasing for the first time. Also we will be doing a Pizza Demo. Hope to see the local Eggheads and all from far are welcome of coarse. Hopefully we can make some new eggheads this weekend too.
