Newbie - Simple Slow Cook Brisket recipe?

I am just getting started on the egg and want to impress the wife with a slow cook brisket. There are so many recipes out there that it is a bit overwhelming.

Does anyone have a simple recipe for a slow cook brisket or can someone recommend one of the many I have found on the website?
