<p />Got a craving for turkey today...picked up a 5 1/2 lb. turkey breast from Publix. Decided to keep it simple. All I used was some Olive oil and Ken Stone's Wicked Grin rub under the skin. 2 hours at 335ºƒ with two pieces of cherry wood. Can't wait for sandwiches!! <smile>[p]Chrispy Bob
