Balsamic glaze in place of balsamic vinegar

I'm making some teriyaki chicken wings and its calling for balsamic vinegar but I don't have any. Does anyone know if I could use a glaze instead? If so how much. Recipe is calling for 1/3 cup of vinegar. Not sure why I even have the glaze. Thanks,
Mark

Consider these:
Substitutes: brown rice vinegar OR Chinese black vinegar (cheaper) OR red wine vinegar + sugar or honey OR sherry vinegar OR fruit vinegar
Or go upscale and use some red-wine. -
you're killing me
What does all that mean? You don't think I could use a balsamic glaze in place of it? -
Mark,
I believe balsamic glaze is just a reduction of young balsamic. Probably use half the amount. Check the ingredients for starch
