Tilapia Tacos

Combined the wisdom and experience of The Naked Whiz and Thirdeye's fish taco recipes last night. Kind of blended a bit of each recipe. Topped them off with AZRP's fantastic green sauce on a broccoli slaw.
AZRP's Green Sauce
1 cup Mayo
1/4 cup cilantro (packed)
1/2 cup milk
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. chipotle powder (can sub. chili)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
put in blender or processor and blend until smooth
Fish was sprinkled with lemon, dredged in flour seasond with Julio's seasoning (I love that stuff), dipped in a milk/egg wash, and dredged in Panko. Cooked on the Small at 400 on a raised, preheated wire grid covered with foil and coated with Canola Oil. Cooked it until it got the color I wanted... a bit closer to what he Whiz's recipe calls for.
I used flour, and Mama used corn tortillas.

The sauce makes the dish. -RP

The fish looks good.
I would strongly suggest adding lime. Lime is key to a good fish taco. -
Randy is correct on this one. It makes the dish, for sure.
